Epoxy Flooring and Restoration

For warehouse, workshop, food preparation and other service area floors. Floors are inspected, cracks are filled and concrete repaired where necessary. Shot-blast or diamond grinding surface preparation is conducted. The floor is then coated using an epoxy or urethane floor coating system to provide a chemical, abrasion, or slip resistant protective sealed floor surface as required. Rapid cure polyaspartic systems are also used when minimum down time is critical.

Decorative Epoxy Flooring

For a sharp look to areas that require an aesthetically pleasing appearance, such as showroom, laboratory, washroom, kitchens etc. Surface preparation is carried out, edges detailed as required, and floor coated with epoxy. While this coating is still wet, colour chips are broadcast into the coating. When cured, a clear seal coat is applied. This system provides an attractive, sterile easy to clean and slip resistant floor. Colours can be custom selected by the client.

Concrete Repair

Prior to coating concrete floors and surfaces, areas to be treated are inspected for imperfections such as corrosion in re-bar, delamination, chips out of concrete, voids, cracks, broken edges in saw-cut control joints or any other defects. These repair areas are concrete-sawn, chipped or ground back to sound concrete that new material will adhere to, and filled with a proprietary concrete or epoxy repair material compatible with both substrate and coatings that will be used. Repairs are finished smooth and cured to provide a consistent solid surface prior to coating.
